Welcome to shop at Kinna Textil AB. We ensure secure e-commerce by fully complying with the regulations in the Consumer Sales Act for private consumers and the Sales Act for businesses.

Delivery Terms
Kinna Textil primarily sells to businesses, and prices in the webshop are therefore always shown excluding VAT. In the checkout, the total amount including VAT will be displayed for private consumers. Deliveries are made via Postnord or DHL’s business parcel service. Free shipping for orders over 600 Euro. Delivery time is 1-5 business days from the time the products leave our warehouse. For non-stocked products made to order, the delivery time may vary between 2-7 weeks. Contact Kinna Textil at 0320-18456 or info@Kinnatextil.se if you wish to agree on a specific delivery time. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the street address, phone number, and email address provided at the time of order are correct. Deliveries are typically made to businesses and private individuals on weekdays between 08:00 and 16:00. If no recipient is available at the address for delivery via PostNord, the goods will be returned to the nearest post office, where the recipient must pick up the package. This applies to both businesses and private consumers. For DHL deliveries, the recipient will be contacted to arrange a new delivery time. This may incur a cost for businesses. The responsibility for the goods is transferred to the customer when the transport documents are signed by the customer. If there are visible packaging damages or suspicion of transport damage, this must be reported directly to the driver. Hidden transport damage must be reported to Kinna Textil within three (3) days to be accepted. Packaging should be kept in such cases.

Terms and Conditions (Webshop)

The terms apply unless Swedish or other laws dictate otherwise, which conflict with our terms. Private consumers are governed by the Consumer Sales Act and the Distance Contracts Act. Businesses are governed by the Sales Act. The Sales Act is dispositive, meaning our agreements can stipulate other conditions than the law provides. Further information about applicable laws can be found through the Swedish Consumer Agency.

Prices

All prices are listed in Euro excluding VAT. In the checkout, VAT is shown so that private consumers can see the total amount including VAT. The price valid at the time of the order will apply at the time of delivery, regardless of any price changes. For campaigns, prices are valid during the active campaign period. After receiving and confirming the order, prices can only be changed due to circumstances such as tax increases, currency changes, technical errors in the webshop, etc., or if the price is clearly incorrect. We reserve the right to change the range, prices, supplier price increases, technical changes, or errors in technical specifications, typographical errors on our website, catalog, or other publications.

Ordering

Orders can be placed via our webshop at www.Kinnatextil.se or by phone at +46 (0)320-18456 or by email at info@Kinnatextil.se. Orders made without consent in another person’s name, causing financial or other damage to Kinna Textil, will be reported to the police. To order via www.KinnaTextil.se, you must be over 18 years old or have parental consent.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Order changes are possible as long as the order has not been processed for picking. Additions and cancellations can also be made by email or phone, but there is a risk that the order will be processed during the time it takes us to handle the message. If the order is picked, it can no longer be cancelled. If cancellation does not occur in time, you as the customer are obliged to receive the delivery and may then, in applicable cases, use the "Right of Withdrawal". Cancellation of custom-made items specifically ordered for the customer is not possible.

Complaints

The Consumer Sales Act provides a two-year right of complaint for private consumers, regardless of the product’s warranty period. Complaints must be made within a reasonable time from the discovery of the fault. If a complaint is made after the warranty period, the buyer must prove that the fault existed at the time of delivery.

Returns

Contact us for a return number at info@Kinnatextil.se or by phone at +46(0)320-18456. The customer must provide the order/invoice number and the reason for the return. A PDF will be sent to the customer’s email address as a return confirmation. The confirmation must be included when returning the goods. The customer is responsible for ensuring the product is packed according to the recommended packaging. Products must be returned in protective packaging, typically a box filled with shock-absorbing material. Padded envelopes are not considered protective. The customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs. If the return is a warranty case, we will reimburse the customer for the shipping costs. Kinna Textil AB will cover the return shipping for warranty cases.

Right of Withdrawal (Applies only to private consumers)

Private consumers have the right, under the Distance Contracts Act, to cancel a purchase within 14 calendar days from the day the product was received or a significant part of it. The product must be returned in "substantially unchanged" condition, including packaging, accessories, and software. The product must not have been used for the right of withdrawal to apply. If purchasing a service, the withdrawal period starts on the day the agreement is made. The cancellation request should be processed in the same way as a return. The return shipping is at the customer’s expense. Refunds for transport or other services provided are not granted. The product must be returned in the same manner as a regular return (see above).

Therefore, we have created this policy, which outlines how we process your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation. The purpose of this policy is to inform you about how we handle your data, what we use it for, who can access it, and under what circumstances, as well as how you can exercise your rights.

Support

Kinna Textil AB provides technical support. This includes troubleshooting, simple installation help, and general product information and advice before purchase.

Damaged Goods

It is the customer’s responsibility to check the goods at the time of delivery. Inspect the goods and packaging for damage when they are delivered. The customer should count the items to ensure they match the shipping note. If the goods are damaged upon delivery, never sign the shipping note without noting the damage. The note does not need to be detailed, but it is necessary for the damage to be processed. If the damage is discovered after unpacking (hidden by the packaging), the customer must report the damage to the shipping company or Kinna Textil AB within five (5) working days from receipt for the issue to be processed. The packaging should be saved.

Missing Goods

The recipient (customer) should note the shipping note before signing. Contact the nearest PostNord office and provide the shipment number. A search for the goods will then be conducted. If the goods are not found within 30 days (60 days for international orders), the customer has the right to consider them lost.

Disputes

Disputes where the buyer is a private consumer will follow the recommendations of the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN). Disputes between businesses are usually resolved in court.

Force Majeure

If Kinna Textil AB is unable to deliver due to labor disputes or other circumstances beyond our control, such as fire, war, mobilization, military call-ups, requisitions, currency restrictions, uprisings, riots, transport difficulties, goods shortages, fuel shortages, delays from suppliers, or similar situations, Kinna Textil AB is free from liability except for complaints and credits for missing products.
